"Not sure if management knows this but today was university reading week, RAMADAN and CHINESE NEW YEAR and around 6:20-6:45pm, it was the busiest around 25 people waiting for drinks. The tearista who was working alone, she made ALL the drinks so fast and while sitting there waiting for my OWN drink, she made at least 40 drinks and very efficiently. Her service was excellent too, constantly apologizing after EVERY drink served to ensure excellent service. So 5 stars for her for working so hard and having such good service."

"5 stars to the barista that served us around 10pm. There was maybe 20 people that either ordered or were waiting to order, but only her working. To the owners, I would not even give 1 start. Need to look into having help during peak hours to alleviate the pressure on your workers. Who knows what business you lose in situations like this…"

"Always love going to this Chatime to get work done. Today was very busy despite the heavy snow storm as people kept coming in multiple waves. The worker who served us worked really hard to get all the drinks out, she's always working so well every time I stop by. Shout out to the tearista on Wednesday nights for always doing her job perfectly and getting all the orders out fast! Always love seeing her there!"
